Corporate event planner launches a new
summer picnic tradition at Frogbridge

Elizabeth Spinelli, a human resources professional for a large pharmaceutical corporate firm in New Jersey, is no novice when it comes to planning big events. Despite coordinating over 50 events per year for her company, Elizabeth and her co-workers were beyond impressed with their July company picnic at Frogbridge. Why the accolades? There were a multitude of activities for employees and their families to engage in (miniature golf, paddle boats were a favorite).  Delicious hot picnic served with fresh ingredients and a friendly serving staff. The pool, smoothie shop and indoor ice cream bar provided much needed respite from the hot summer rays. The huge 5,000 square foot tent provided great shade for many guests. What struck Elizabeth the most was the cleanliness of the facility and attentiveness of the staff. “The grounds were immaculate. There had just been a large party there the day before, and I could not believe the place─86 acres of spotless clean!” Elizabeth also commented there were friendly and obliging employees stationed in all the right spots─like handing out towels to guests enjoying the huge pool and water slides.      About 200 employees and their families came to this year’s party—but due to the rave reviews from all in attendance, Elizabeth expects a much larger turnout at next year’s summer picnic at Frogbridge.       “It’s the little things which more than met my expectations. I can’t say enough about Frogbridge─I wish all my events were so easy and effortless!”

I can’t express enough how pleased Mike and I were with Sunday’s picnic!

After my tour with you I had an idea of the high quality of the facility and grounds, and could imagine how pleased our employees would be with the activities you suggested. But the enthusiasm and performance of your staff was wonderful, and added greatly to the event.

I should mention we have NEVER had such a large turnout at our picnic (I’ve managed it for my ten years working in the CEO’s office). In addition, we saw families on Sunday who have NEVER joined us for the event in the past. What better indication is there of how great the day was!

Hi Scott, I know you spoke to Joel but I had to tell you myself what a great time we had at Jake's party. Everything was wonderful & I am only getting rave reviews from the guests.

Joel & I were able to enjoy ourselves & not worry about a thing because you & Roger took care of every detail. I have to admit I was a little worried - in all our meetings & e-mails you were always "we can do that" or "I'll take care of it". I am basically a cynic & was concerned that you would remember every detail that we discussed. But you did, everything was perfect - even the weather held out!

The food was terrific ( thank you Steve!) - everyone LOVED the hot dog stand, cotton candy, snow cones, etc. They raved about the wings,salmon, steak, fries & of course the ice cream bar. All the food added to the "camp " atmosphere - it was delicious but not too fancy.

The venders that you sent me to were also wonderful. The staff at Buyrite Liquors & Mendokers were a pleasure to work with.

In short, I am completely thrilled that I am done with my fourth & final Bar Mitzvah. However if I had to do it again I would definitely return to Frogbridge. It was our best party yet!
