Our executive chef, William Towle, brings his years of experience to every company picnic and event. Whether your group has special dietary restrictions, or you want a Hawaiian-themed menu to go along with your luau, Chef Will is ready and willing to create a menu to meet your needs.

No matter what your menu consists of, our team works with various high-quality suppliers who can source different ingredients on short notice.

Chef Will studied at Johnson & Wales University, majoring in Culinary Arts and Food and Beverage Management. Once he graduated, he became a head chef at many well renowned restaurants throughout New Jersey and New York, working alongside various renowned chefs. He also plans menus for various weddings and bar/bat mitzvahs at Windows on the Water, our catering hall.
