We’ll ask you about your picnic must-haves and how much you’re looking to spend.
Spreading the Word About Your Event
We’ll create a mobile-friendly webpage with details on what your guest can enjoy on event day, what’s on the menu, frequently asked questions, and directions to Frogbridge. Your guest will be able to RSVP directly on the page!
Creating Your Menu
Whether you choose our traditional Red, White & Blue picnic package, or want to add other specialty menu items, we’ll confirm your choices and ask if there are any dietary restrictions to ensure everyone can enjoy your picnic.
A complimentary one-page, branded, event flyer and schedule-of-events poster come standard with every corporate event booked at Frogbridge. Our in-house graphic designer can work with you to design additional flyers, invitations, or tickets to promote your event.
Adding Extra Touches
We can help your brand come alive with colored tablecloths, napkins, balloons, flags, flowers, and more. Just let us know what you’re looking for in your decor, and we’ll do our best to meet your requests!
Suggest Entertainment Options
We can help you identify what types of entertainment would work best for your guests. If you have a DJ at your event, you can let us know what types of music would work best for your group.
Arrange Day of Event Check-in and Check-Out
There’s only one chance to make a first impression on your event day. Our event planners work with you to create a smooth check-in process for your guests if required, including providing name tags, lanyards, and gift bags.
