Not just anyone oversees the cuisine served at our Frogbridge corporate picnics. Our behind the scenes guru, executive chef William Towle, plans and oversees every last detail for all the corporate special events here at Frogbridge. Chef knows what he is doing in a professional kitchen, to be sure, as he also oversees our sister catering facility, Windows on the Water, one of New Jersey’s most heralded locations for NJ weddings and special events.

Chef William is an incredibly talented and highly experienced professional chef. He received his education from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, majoring in Culinary Arts and Food and Beverage Management. When asked about his picnic fare, chef says, “I have to say, there is truth in the saying that there are picnics, and then there are Frogbridge picnics.”

During the course of his professional career, Chef William worked in New York, New Jersey and Long Island’s finest restaurants and catering establishments working alongside several renowned celebrity chefs.

“One of the things that make Frogbridge Picnics and Special Events unique is our expertise and flexibility to customize any company catered picnic exactly to the event planner’s menu specifications,” Chef says. “We also have a very responsive network of high quality suppliers who can source anything we might need on very short notice.”

When asked about his picnic specialties, Chef states that fresh and delicious food has always been his passion in life; he attributes his success to being able to create classic all-American barbecues and New England clambakes but with a few surprises thrown in guaranteed to delight and impress any guest.
