Corporate Spotlight: Treasure Island Storage
There are many different companies and corporations that help Frogbridge be as great as it is today. One of the valued businesses is Treasure Island Storage (TI Storage). Guido Tebano, the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has been a part of TI Storage for three and a half years and doesn’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon.
“We are a family-fun business that truly values its employees”, says Tebano. He refers to TI Storage as the “neighborhood storage solution”.
Q: For those who may not be as familiar with TI Storage, can you please tell us a little about it?
“TI Storage is not only a storage company located in the tri-state area but it is also the fastest growing company in the area. We have five locations as well as eight developments. We offer month-to-month services and during slow seasons for certain businesses, we can adjust their space. For example, during fashion week we provide storage but once the week is over, our work is done.”
Q: What do you do at TI Storage?
“I am in charge of all sales and marketing. I put together everything to print and digital ads as well.”
Q: What do you like most about your job?
“I am lucky to work with the top people in this industry. It never feels like I’m coming to work everyday.”
Q: What did you do before working at TI Storage?
“I have been in the storage industry for about 12 to 15 years.”
Q: Can you take me through a typical day for you?
“Truthfully, my role changes with each day. It is important for me to be out in the field but some days I am in the office. I am also in charge of the call center so I must service all of our client’s needs.”
Q: Do you have any hobbies?
“I like to body build and I shop way too much.”
Q: What are some things you hope to accomplish professionally?
“I am incredibly happy with my role at TI Storage. I am not about titles but more about accomplishments. I love what I do here so as long as nothing changes, I will be happy.”
Q: What do you see for the future of TI storage is?
“I think it will be the leading storage company in the nation within the next five to seven years.”
